No refunds or cancellations. Custom orders are started immediately. Delay time for dispensing is due to mailing of frames to/from lab and completion of coatings. Dispensing requires up to 21 days from date of purchase. Occasional further delays may be required due to quality control, back orders, or mailing delays. Ready to wear readers have a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Frames purchased for custom reading or prescription glasses have a 1 year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Person's own frame used for custom lenses has no warranty coverage. No warranties include damage from wear or handling. Prescription lenses have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Non-adapt to progressive lenses may be changed within 60 days of purchase. Doctor redo for lenses done from outside Rx may be changed 1 time within 60 days of purchase.
Have EyeMed or VSP? Submit your itemized purchase to your vision service plan to receive reimbursements from your provider. Be sure to use your FSA/HSA cards toward your purchases with us.
